At Palava Clothing UK, we want you to love your sustainable garments; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 28 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel to avoid processing delays.

  Ship via Carrier

  Attach the generated shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 working days to your original payment method.
